Which content package should I choose?
If you are having trouble deciding which content package to choose, please message us! We are happy to help you figure it out.
How do I ship my products?
We ask that you package all products carefully to ensure that they arrive in one piece. If you are a subscription box please enclose your branded subscription box (envelope, mailer, etc.) inside a plastic envelope or box to ensure that it is in great condition to be photographed.
What happens to my products after they are photographed?
This is completely up to you. If you would like your products returned to you after they have been photographed, we ask that you include a pre-paid shipping label along with the package. If you decide to have your products shipped back to you, you will receive an email letting you know that your products have been sent out and are on their way home.
How long will it take to get the photos back?
Allow for up to a week after the products have been received to get the finished photos back. For large content packages allow for up to two weeks to receive the finished photos. Large content packages can also arrive in two parts, due to the larger number of photos.
Can I get a few specific photos sooner than the rest of the order?
We try our best to accommodate the needs of your individual business and understand the potential for a last minute giveaway or sale. If you find yourself needing a couple photos sooner than planned in order to meet a certain deadline, please contact us! We are happy to work with you on that.
